ASTM A182 F9 is a forging material specification for F9 grade alloy steel, and it's used to make naked forgings, as well as forged and machined products, for high-temperature applications. Astm a182 f9 forged bolts, screws, nuts, studs, threaded rods, and similar fasteners or bolting parts are available from Resistant Metal Alloys.
Chemical composition, mechanical characteristics, heat treatment, and other extra criteria for F9 alloy steel forgings and forged products are covered by the ASTM A182 specification.
