Stainless Steel 422 Fasteners have high resistance to creep and are used for bolting compressors, steam cylinders, valve covers and allied components at temperatures up to 566º C. AISI 422 is an age hardening martensitic stainless steel with good resistance to scaling and oxidation. 422 Stainless steel can be heat treated to achieve desired tensile properties and well used in aerospace, steam turbine manufacturing.
Resitant Metal Alloys manufactures complete line of fasteners including Bolts, Screws, Studs / Stud Bolts, Nuts, Washers, Pins and springs in Stainless Steel Grade AISI 422.
